Day-1 ready: one approval, four teams

The problem

Every new hire starts separate queues in IT, facilities, HR and payroll. Each team works its own list, nobody sees the whole kit, and Day 1 is when the gaps show.

How it's resolved

The AI reads the signed offer and marks the role, the studio, the days on site and the work with the words each came from. It drafts the new hire’s kit from the firm’s own role standard, with a reason and a quote for every item, and code checks every quote and prices the kit in integer cents. An operations lead issues the sheet once: one checkout under the requisition’s PO number, paid with a test payment, splits into an order for each of four teams. The seat key, the learning code and the Day-1 badge are issued on payment, IT ships the workstation and Payroll sets up pay and benefits, and each line’s own state fills the schedule until it reads Day-1 ready. Only the new hire can reveal the key and the code, and on Day 1 the badge checks in once.

What you'll see

  1. 01A signed offer beside an empty kit schedule, drawn as the firm draws: a sheet with a title block
  2. 02The AI marks the role, the studio, the days on site and the work on the letter, each with the words it came from
  3. 03It drafts 5 items from 4 teams in non-photo blue, each with a reason and a quote; the offer’s renderings of full-building models pick the rendering workstation over the standard laptop
  4. 04Operations issues the sheet once for $5,279.00: the stamp lands, the rows ink in graphite, and one checkout splits into 4 team orders
  5. 05Each row fills from its own line: the key, the code and the badge issued on payment, the workstation shipped, payroll set up, and Day-1 ready 33 seconds after the offer was opened
  6. 06The new hire reveals the seat key and the learning code; on Day 1 the badge checks in once, and a second scan is refused with the time of the first

Under the hood

Each business term in the video, and the Traide building block it runs on.

In the businessOn Traide
A teamSeller, approved for digital sales
The one approvalOne checkout, completed for the hire with the PO number
Each team’s partOne seller order per team, read line by line
The seat keyLicense-key entitlement, revealed only by its owner

Guardrail. It starts after the offer is accepted, so it stays outside hiring decisions. The AI reads the role, the studio, the days on site and the work, never pay, and nothing is ordered until operations issues the sheet. Internal prices, with a test payment.
